Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how Velaz Life ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use this website or submit a request for a life insurance quote. By using this site, you agree to the practices described here.

Information We Collect

  • Information you provide — your name, email address, phone number, and ZIP code when you request a quote or contact us.
  • Marketing and referral information — the page you visited and campaign details (such as UTM parameters) automatically captured from the URL when you visit our site, so we can understand which marketing brought you here.
  • Communications — records of calls, emails, or texts between you and Velaz Life.

How We Use Your Information

  • To respond to your quote request and connect you with a licensed advisor
  • To contact you by phone, email, or text about life insurance options, consistent with any consent you've given us
  • To attribute your inquiry to the correct marketing campaign so we can measure and improve our services
  • To comply with legal and regulatory requirements

How We Share Your Information

  • With the licensed insurance carrier(s) we work with as an intermediary, so they can evaluate your request and, if applicable, issue a policy
  • With service providers who help us operate this site and manage leads, such as our CRM or lead-routing tools
  • If required by law, regulation, or legal process

We do not sell your personal information to unrelated third parties.

Your Choices

You can ask us to stop contacting you for marketing purposes at any time — by replying to any text or email with your request, or by contacting us directly at info@velazlife.com. You can also ask what information we have about you, request a correction, or request deletion, subject to any legal recordkeeping requirements that apply to us as a licensed insurance producer.

Cookies & Tracking

We use basic tracking — such as UTM parameters included in the URL — to understand which marketing campaign brought you to the site. We also use Google Analytics to understand overall site traffic, and Microsoft Clarity to see anonymized click patterns and heatmaps that help us improve the site's design. These tools do not record what you type into form fields like your name, email, or phone number. This helps us attribute leads accurately and improve the site, and doesn't currently include third-party advertising trackers.

Data Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the personal information you share with us. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

Children's Privacy

This site is intended for adults and is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent changes.
