How to Request Deletion
Email info@velazlife.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request." Include:
- Your full name
- The email address and/or phone number you used when you contacted us
We use this only to find and confirm your records — not for any other purpose.
What Happens Next
- We'll confirm we received your request within a few business days.
- We'll verify the request is really you, using the contact details you provided.
- We'll delete the personal information we have on file, and confirm once it's done.
What We May Need to Keep
As a licensed insurance producer, we're subject to recordkeeping requirements in the states where we operate. If you've applied for coverage or have an active policy through us, we may be legally required to retain certain records even after a deletion request — we'll tell you specifically what, and why, if this applies to you.
Just Want Us to Stop Contacting You?
That's a separate, simpler request — you don't need to delete your data to stop marketing messages. Reply to any text or email with "STOP," or email info@velazlife.com, and we'll remove you from marketing outreach without deleting your record.
